In partnership with Hatstone Fund Services, a fund administration service provider for over 20 years, Trinity is able to deliver fund administration services in Singapore leveraging on a long established network in Asia with the fund administration experience and expertise of Hatstone.

The directors of Trinity each have over 20 years experience in fund administration:
Daniel Cann
Daniel specialises in the establishment and formation of Funds and related vehicles having been part of a successful offshore Fund Administration, Corporate and Fiduciary Services business since 2003. He has advised on the set-up of over one hundred Funds and related vehicles, particularly focusing on the incubation of small to medium sized entities where he can add his significant value by taking advantage of a wealth of independent knowledge and contacts.

David Finlayson
David has over 20 years experience and has been involved with the set up of a myriad of investment structures, acted on the Board of funds and on investment committees. He has worked in the fund administration industry since 2000 and also spent time as CFO of a fund management company in Singapore. He now advises on the set up of investment structures and manages the day to day operations of the fund administration.

Joann Finlayson
Joann has been involved with the funds industry for over 20 years. During her time at PWC and BDO, she was involved with the auditing of investment vehicles and subsequently moved across to fund administration where she was Head of Investment Funds for Fortis.
